PLEASE SEND THE PAYPAL PAYMENT AS A "SERVICE" FOR ALL DESIGN ORDERS.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

REGARDING CUSTOM BANNER ORDERS:
Policy: *All orders must be prepaid. *Customers must provide text for the banners. (Please check your spelling before you submit.) The text if often copied/pasted from the info provided. *We will always do our best to produce quality work according to our customers' expressed preferences. We do not, however, offer refunds. *If you would like a minor adjustment to the design before the banner is uploaded, we will do our best to accommodate you. We do not offer refunds for work already completed. We also reserve the right to refuse additional work orders. If you require changes to a design that involve re-doing the entire graphic, you will be asked to pay an additional fee. Updates and minor changes to a banner once it has been approved are $3-$5.*Glitznglittergraphics.com reserves the right to use any banners, ads, websites, etc. that we create as samples on our website or print advertisements. If this is not agreeable to the client, it must be expressed in writing before the order is processed. *WE DO NOT ALLOW THE REMOVAL OR ADJUSTMENT OF THE DESIGN CREDITS. Also, as a complimentary service for custom graphics banner purchases, we create custom coding with extras such as font colors, animated icons, and/or marquees. If you use our coding or send the codes to a banner poster, we require that the ENTIRE POSTING CODE is used. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE CREDITS TAG AT THE END OF THE CODE. Doing so may result in the removal of your banner from the server. *Backdrops created for custom banners will be eligible to be remade into BANNER DEPOT items according to the timeline posted under (Regarding Banner Depot Purchases) *We sponsor several contests with free banner designs. The donation does not include codes. Codes may be purchased for just $1.00.

REGARDING BANNER DEPOT PURCHASES:

We are very pleased to be able to offer backdrops to customers who would like to use them to collaborate with us in creating new, exciting designs. We have placed a great deal of time and effort into creating the backdrops and are thrilled at the prospect of sharing them. Banner Depot designs are made from backdrops that were created for custom banners that have since expired. Custom banner backdrops become eligible to be remade into Banner Depot items according to the following timeline:

PAGEANT EVENTS - 3 months past posted event date

Congratulations & Good Luck Banners - 3 months past event date

ALL OTHER BANNERS - 7 months past original creation date

*IMPORTANT: NO REMOVAL OR COVERING OF THE BACKDROP CREDITS IS ALLOWED. ONLY USE OF THE ENTIRE DESIGN (NOT BITS AND PIECES WITH THE CREDITS CROPPED OUT) IS AUTHORIZED.

Violators will be subject to any or all of the actions listed below:

-Legal prosecution resulting in recuperation of losses caused by the copyright infringement.

-Denial of any future orders from the BANNER DEPOT.

-Posted on our VIOLATIONS page.

*If you create a banner or other graphic for your own design gallery, we require that our credits are visible.

**BANNER DEPOT PURCHASES DO NOT INCLUDE POSTING CODES; however, if you'd like to purchase codes for your work after you've created your banner (banner only - font effects are extra), you may do so for $1. This also includes 2 months image hosting.

**NO REFUNDS** Please be sure to check the style number you order because once the banner is sent, the order is complete. If you order the wrong style number, and you receive the item listed on your order form, you will have to submit a new order and the fee in full for the new item. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO ADJUSTMENTS will be made to the banner depot item purchased. Banner Depot Backgrounds are "AS IS".

ALL Style numbers must be selected at the time of purchase.


REGARDING BANNER POSTING ORDERS:
Policy: *All orders must be prepaid. *Customers must provide the codes for the banners. *You may include up to 3 banners in one code, and it will count as 1 post, but the codes cannot contain more than 3 banners. *You may request which boards are posted to. *NO REFUNDS unless work is not completed. *Please be sure to email us for availability. If a day is missed due to unforeseen circumstances (in an order for daily posts), that day will be made up by adding an extra day to the order + 2 additional boards will be posted to on the make up day. To keep our prices at a minimum, we may post multiple clients' banners, but we will not post banners for competing businesses in the same post.

REGARDING COMP CARD DESIGNS:
Policy: *All design orders must be prepaid. *Glitz n' Glitter Graphics reserves the right to use any banners, ads, websites, etc. that we create as samples on our website or print advertisements. *Photographer's Release for photos submitted is the responsibility of the customer. *If you would like a minor adjustment to the design, we will do our best to accommodate you. *The first design you receive may be viewed as a proof. If adjustments need to be made, please make a list of requests within 48 hours of receiving the proof. All of your requests must be made at this time. I will then do my best to make the requested adjustments, and a final version will be sent. *We do not offer refunds. We also reserve the right to refuse additional work orders. If you require changes to a design that involve re-doing the entire graphic, you will be asked to pay an additional fee. If you have a specific look for your card in mind, please be sure to send exact details with your initial order instructions. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PHOTOS YOU DO NOT WANT ON THE CARD. It takes a lot of time to do a cut-out for a photo, so be careful when selecting the photos you send in. A cut-out photo can be moved or taken off a card, but there may be an additional charge if you require that a cut-out photo be switched out for another photo that needs to be cut-out. *Please be sure that all text sent is correct. The text will be copy/pasted onto the design. *The price of the full card design (double or single-side) includes the listed number of cut-outs . If you require additional cut-outs, additional fees may apply. *We cannot accept liability for damage to prints due to mishandled mail. We also cannot accept responsibility for delays due to postal errors. *If a print is ordered, the approved email design will be printed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Be sure you check your email proof carefully because once the design is printed, you will not be able to obtain a print of a different version of the card unless another print fee is paid. *We want each contestants card to look pageant ready, so we often do light retouching on pics that may need a bit of brightening or smoothing. Glitz retouching and feature enhancements may be done at an additional cost.

 

REGARDING PHOTO RETOUCING:
Policy: *All design orders must be prepaid. *Glitz n' Glitter Graphics reserves the right to use any banners, ads, websites, etc. that we create as samples on our website or print advertisements. THIS INCLUDES RETOUCH WORK. *Photographer's Release for photos submitted is the responsibility of the customer. *If you would like a minor adjustment to the retouch, we will do our best to accommodate you. *The first retouch you receive may be viewed as a proof. If adjustments need to be made, please make a list of requests within 48 hours of receiving the proof. All of your requests must be made at this time. I will then do my best to make the requested adjustments, and a final version will be sent. *We do not offer refunds. We also reserve the right to refuse additional work orders. If you require changes to a design that involve re-doing the entire photo, you will be asked to pay an additional fee. If you have a specific look for your photo in mind, please be sure to send exact details with your initial order instructions. *We cannot accept liability for damage to prints due to mishandled mail. We also cannot accept responsibility for delays due to postal errors. *If a print is ordered, the approved email design will be printed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Be sure you check your email proof carefully because once the design is printed, you will not be able to obtain a print of a different version of the card unless another print fee is paid.

 

REGARDING ORDERED PRINTS (details also listed with individual design policies)

*We cannot accept liability for damage to prints due to mishandled mail. We also cannot accept responsibility for delays due to postal errors. *If a print is ordered, the approved email design will be printed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Be sure you check your email proof carefully because once the design is printed, you will not be able to obtain a print of a different version of the card unless another print fee is paid. We cannot accept responsibility for misdirected mail. If your paypal address does not match your shipping address, you must notify us in writing. If we are provided with an incorrect shipping address, you will need to retrieve the prints by contacting your post office with the Priority Mail or Express Mail label number.



REGARDING WEBSITE DESIGNS:

By submitting your site order, you are agreeing to the following policies:
*All design orders must be prepaid.
Please be sure that your emailed information is proofed before sending. The text sent will be copy/pasted into the site.
*Custom graphics will only be done for the number of pages paid for. If you have several links to be put on the site, they will be added as text links. *If you have a contest and have already accepted contestants, please do not forward them as part of the site set up. Posting contestants is a maintenance service. We can post your contestants, but you will be charged the maintenance fee.
*We reserve the right to use designs in our portfolio and display design credits.
*Graphics created by Glitznglittergraphics.com are copyrighted.
*The posted pricing packages are for standard designs with the options listed available. If specialized scripts or effects are needed, additional fees will apply.
*If you would like a minor adjustment to the graphics or set up, we will do our best to accommodate you. We do not offer refunds for work already completed. We also reserve the right to refuse additional work orders. If you require additional work on a site, you will be asked to pay an additional fee.
*If you order a multi-page site, please be sure to send all of your information in at the same time. Adding bits and pieces to the site once the site is launched is a maintenance service. Minor adjustments to pages once the site is up can be done, but major changes that involve page overhauls will not be done free of charge. Please send all update requests within 48 hours of the site launch to avoid maintenance charges.
*If you send graphics to be posted on your site, please be sure to obtain the proper releases. We cannot be held responsible if you send copyrighted graphics, and they need to be removed. If you need to have us remove images that you sent for your site, you will be charged the applicable fees.
*Posting of work or design examples is a maintenance job and is subject to an additional fee. If you require that we resize photos or redo graphics, you will be charged an additional fee.
(Photos or examples that are sent as a part of the main graphics scheme (ie: photos for the header) are not subject to additional fees.
*If you send a payment for a site and do not send the info right away, the site fee will be locked in for a period of 3 months. If you do not send your images and info within 3 months, you will have to pay any balance in site fees (if any) due to any price increases for services.

*HOSTING/MAINTENANCE:
Initial quotes for service are valid for the term of service paid for. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Clients are billed with a paypal invoice. Payment is due by the date indicated on the invoice. We will send reminders until the 10 day grace period has expired. After this point, clients will receive an additional notice containing the info: Just a friendly reminder to pay the invoice for your site hosting/maintenance. In 5 days, you will receive a final notice for payment. If the invoice is not paid within 5 days of the final notice, your site will be removed from our servers. If the site is removed, there will be a set up fee of $15 in addition to the past due hosting/maintenance fees that will need to be paid before the site will be relaunched.
If your site is removed from our servers, we will store your site graphics and pages for 2 months if you need to make arrangements for the site to be transferred to a new site master. After this period of time, your site may be deleted, and you will need to purchase a new site design.
If your site was designed by Glitz n' Glitter Graphics, you may request that we send you all of the files before launching the site to your host so that you can store your files on your computer as a back up. You must request the files within 5 days of your site launch.



REGARDING AD DESIGNS:
Policy: *All orders must be prepaid. *Glitz n' Glitter Graphics reserves the right to use any banners, ads, websites, etc. that we create as samples on our website or print advertisements. If this is not agreeable to the client, it must be expressed in writing before the order is processed. *Photographer's Release on photos submitted is the responsibility of the customer. *If you would like a minor adjustment to the design, we will do our best to accommodate you. We do not offer refunds. We also reserve the right to refuse additional work orders. If you require changes to a design that involve re-doing the entire graphic, you will be asked to pay an additional fee. *Please be sure that all text sent is correct. The text will be copy/pasted onto the design.

REGARDING DIGITAL PORTFOLIOS


All orders must be pre-paid. *Glitz n' Glitter Graphics reserves the right to use any banners, ads, websites, etc. that we create as samples on our website or print advertisements. If this is not agreeable to the client, it must be expressed in writing before the order is processed. *Photographer's Release on photos submitted is the responsibility of the customer. *If you would like a minor adjustment to the photo, we will do our best to accommodate you. We do not offer refunds. We also reserve the right to refuse additional work orders. If you require changes to a design that involve re-doing the entire photo, you will be asked to pay an additional fee. We use a collection of royalty free photos for the creation of digital portfolio photos. The collection has been accumulated through graphics subscriptions and royalty free image sites. We cannot accept responsibility for the copyright and license authorization for the images obtained through these subscriptions and sites. To the best of our knowledge, all of the images are royalty free, and there are no restrictions to their public use. If a photo used is copyrighted, please contact our offices so that we can delete the photo from the collection. *We cannot accept liability for damage to prints due to mishandled mail. We also cannot accept responsibility for delays due to postal errors.

REGARDING EMAIL CAMPAIGNS
Please be sure the info sent for your e-campaign is correct. The info sent will be copy/pasted into your ad. The price posted includes up to 3 images. If more than 3 images need to be included in your campaign, additional fees will apply. Information must be received within 5 days of placing the order or 5 days of site launch.
